A Reservation will be confirmed once the booking has been approved and deposit or full payment has been processed.

We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your reservation.

Our policy offers free cancellation, less a 5% booking fee, up until 30 days prior to your check-in date. Additionally, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your booking dates if needed.

An earlier Check-In and later Check-out may be possible upon request, on a case by case basis.

Ask about our pet friendly homes. 

Not all homes are pet friendly please confirm prior to booking to avoid fines . Any evidence of pet occupation will result in a charge of U$400.00.

We offer the full comfort of a hotel in our homes. Guests that would like to add mid stay or daily cleaning to their stay please inquire about it with us. We offer both services with fees.
